Dosage
After training:
Mix 2 scoops (80g) of Blade Upload with 60ml of cold water and consume it immediately after training.

During training:
Mix 100g of Blade Upload with 600ml of water. Drink 150ml (¼) 10 minutes before training, then another 150ml every 15 minutes.
