Suggested directions for use:
Mix 2 scoops (approx: 11.5g) of powder with 200 ml of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before workout. For best results consume at least 2 servings per day. Use before, during or after your workout.
Do not exceed more than 8 scoops in any 24 hour period. Do not exceed 6 scoops in any 4 hour period. Use on both training and non-training days.
The recommended daily intake is not exceeded!
After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.
