Amino 23000 liquid is a complex of 18 amino acids in liquid form that contains hydrolyzed collagen. It provides a wide spectrum of amino acids, including all essential amino acids (EAAs) such as BCAAs, as well as non-essential amino acids, with each serving containing up to 1.3 grams of protein.

For the recommended dosage, consume one serving (3 caps = 60 ml) of the liquid hydrolyzed collagen with amino acids before training, or mix it with a little water to drink during exercise, ensuring you shake the bottle well before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
