BLADE SHIELD-C formula contains 1000 mg vitamin C and 50mg rosehip in each serving. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after the intense physical activity and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. It contributes to normal collagen formation for normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, teeth and skin. Vitamin C also increases iron absorption and contributes to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
