Ingredients: Maltodextrin, caffeine, green coffee extract, L-carnitine L-tartarate, L-theanine, L-tyrosine, cocoa extract, Coleus forskohlii extract, green tea extract, cayenne pepper extract, hard gelatin capsule shell (gelatin, colour: titanium dioxide).

Dosage

Consume with 150-200 ml of water. On the first day, take 1 capsule once daily. On days 2 and 3, take 2 capsules once daily. On day 4 and beyond, take 1 capsules twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals (e.g. breakfast or lunch). Do not snack between meals. For best results, use for 50 days in combination with diet and training.


Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. The food supplement is not a substitute for the consumption of diet and healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry and cool place, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
